No charges for postponing/date change if only informed prior to 10 days

The under mentioned information is applicable only for group bookings.

• • Booking cancelled within 45 days of confirmation retention will not be charged.
• • Booking cancelled after 45 days of confirmation one day retention will be charged for all the rooms confirmed.
• • The no of rooms cancelled two weeks prior to the conference full retention for the entire period of booking will be charged.
